In www.slang.gr πατσούρω is even harsher as it adds ‘ugly’ to the definition.

Ιδίωμα της λέξης πατσούρα, δηλαδή η άσχημη γυναίκα κατά βάση πάνω από κάποια ηλικία (50+) η οποία ναι μεν βάφεται, πουδράρεται κτλ. αλλά το πρόσωπο ή σώμα της φαίνεται να κάνει ζάρες, το λεγόμενο πατσούριασμα…

Though πατσούρα and πατσούρω are in more frequent usage than the masculine πατσούρης , I have the dubious honour of being so addressed for walking around my home in my underpants. It’s amazing what three decades of marriage does to a man, I started off as μανάρι and γιαβρί only to end up as a πατσούρης .
